Job summary

• Willingness to continue education on homeless population.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict de-escalation skills.
• Bi-lingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and train/supervise volunteers and interns.
• Provide client evaluations and approve services per policy.
• Ensure timely, compassionate client flow and data collection per guidelines.
• Offer community resource information and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate Metro Market and Metro Outfitters operations and inventory.
