Job summary

Better Together is seeking a Family Support Supervisor to lead and develop a team of Family Support Managers serving Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties. You’ll guide case oversight, quality assurance, and adherence to program policies to ensure child safety and family flourishing.

The role requires hands-on leadership, staff coaching, and the ability to balance empathy with accountability in high‑demand situations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing supervisory teams of Family Support Managers.
• Ability to assess risk, make sound judgments, and coach staff for high-quality outcomes.
• Strong understanding of poverty, trauma, and family dynamics in frontline social services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, coaching, and accountability to Family Support Managers.
• Monitor performance, caseload management, and service quality across counties.
• Ensure program model fidelity, policy compliance, and best practices in daily operations.
• Escalate complex cases and coordinate with community partners to protect child safety.
