Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.

• Strong communication skills for diverse communities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, assessments, enroll residents in family support program, and visit locations for information gathering.
• Collaborate with families on Development Plans, assist in accessing social services, advocate for service delivery for up to 100 individuals.
• Ensure privacy and track resident data in USI's LEARN system.
• Available for occasional nights/weekends and travel up to 25%.
• Provide resources and knowledge for clients to access capital and financial goals.
• Offer consultation services in financial management and goal-setting.
