Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a human services, psychology, or related field.
• Be within two semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in a human services, psychology, or related field.
• Associate’s degree in a human-services related field with 1 year of related work or volunteer experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related work or volunteer experience.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients for supervised visitation and family support in your personal vehicle.
• Clearly communicate expectations and provide redirection during visits.
• Prepare timely and thorough documentation of client interactions and progress per organizational standards.
• Consult regularly with supervisors regarding case status, progress, barriers, and successes.
• Guide clients in developing strategies to address court-mandated and family-identified goals to improve family functioning.
• Maintain confidential client records and uphold client confidentiality in all interactions and documentation.
• Represent Jenda Family Services in a professional and positive manner.
