Children & Families of Iowa seeks a Family Support Worker to help families navigate challenges and move toward stability. You will provide transportation, supervise family interactions, and offer crisis intervention and support services to children and parents.

Collaboration with the FCS team ensures coordinated care. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year in human services with children or dependent adults.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in human services working with children and/or dependent adults.

Mansioni

• Provide transportation for families and children as needed.
• Facilitate and supervise family interactions.
• Provide crisis intervention and support services.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between families and FCS team members.
• Complete accurate and timely case documentation.
• Collaborate with a team dedicated to supporting and strengthening families.
