Job summary

York County Community Action Corp (YCCAC) Head Start seeks a compassionate Family Liaison to partner with families, connecting them with resources to support children's growth and health. The role is full-time with a school-year schedule and opportunities for training and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities include helping families set goals, recruiting and enrolling participants, and coordinating referrals, with occasional evening meetings and home visits as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required (associate’s degree in human services preferred)
• Experience working with families or individuals
• Willingness to complete the Online Family Partner Certificate Program (paid by employer)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel
• Required immunizations (MMR, TDaP) and background checks

• Partner with staff to strengthen family engagement
