Qualifications

• Experience in human services and working with children to support families.
• Strong case management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals from community agencies and screen cases.
• Complete referrals to service providers for children and caregivers.
• Assist families with connections to financial resources and childcare options.
• Provide information, referrals, and assistance for childcare and vouchers.
• Assist Kinship Counselors in communicating family needs to the team.
• Support office filing and documentation for case files.
• Assist with ensuring counselors have access to forms and handouts.
• Provide in-home support to families with education and resource connections.
