Job summary

Raise the Future in Utah seeks a Family Support Program Manager to lead operations, service delivery, and team supervision. This role maintains a direct service caseload serving pre- and post-permanency families and ensures TBRI fidelity across programs.

You will supervise Family Support Practitioners, coordinate referrals and intake with clinical partners, monitor program outcomes, maintain records for licensing and audits, and drive continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, or a related human services field.
• Minimum two years of experience in adoption, child welfare, family support services, or a related field.
• Minimum one year of leadership, supervision, training, or mentoring experience.
• Knowledge of complex developmental trauma, trauma-informed care, child development, permanency, adoption, guardianship, and family support practices.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and build effective relationships with families, children, staff, and community partners.
• Strong communication, facilitation, assessment, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Zoom, and database applications.
• Ability and willingness to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet agency driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate Family Support Practitioners.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, support caseload management, and ensure adherence to agency policies, procedures, and TBRI practices.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Review and approve timesheets, mileage, and expenses.
• Oversee day-to-day program implementation and service delivery.
• Coordinate referrals, intake, service access, and transitions with clinical and community partners.
• Monitor program outcomes, maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with licensing, contract, and audit requirements.
• Support program planning, budget tracking, and continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with community agencies, stakeholders, and partner organizations.
• Maintain an assigned caseload.
• Deliver TBRI Caregiver Training and facilitate Implementation & Connection Groups.
• Provide in-home coaching and support to reunified biological, foster, adoptive, and kinship families.
• Provide support services via phone, email, virtual platforms, and in person.
• Travel to meetings, trainings, family sessions, and program activities as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends.
