Job summary

Tucson Residence Foundation is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee frontline staff and ensure person-centered support services are delivered with quality and compassion. The role emphasizes leadership, compliance with licensing standards, and collaboration across internal teams.

You will monitor member progress, support plans implementation, and help drive staff development while maintaining a strong service-focused environment for the members.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct supervision and leadership to program staff
• Ensuring compliance with all agency policies and state licensing standards
• Monitoring member progress and ensuring individual support plans are followed
• Facilitating staff development and performance evaluations
• Collaborating with internal teams to maintain quality services
• Provide a minimum of 15 hours per week of direct care support to members
