Bay Cove Human Services is seeking a Family Support Navigator to assist families in staying together by developing natural capacity and coordinating services. The role involves case management, resource coordination, and developing Family Support Plans to ensure dignity and opportunity for clients.
This is a non-exempt position within the Family Support Center, requiring compassionate collaboration with community partners.

The Family Support program strives to achieve the goal of helping families stay together through developing families’ natural capacity to meet the needs of family members; offering additional supports such as staff resources, goods and services, and financial assistance; and enhancing the capacity of communities to value and support people with disabilities and their families. Guided by these principles and through case management and coordination, the Family Support Navigator ensures that all families are treated with dignity and respect and given opportunity to reach the goal of services provided.
This is a non-exempt position.
