Job summary

A Blessing of Hope Family Services in Nebraska is seeking a Family Service Specialist to supervise visits in the client home and the community evenings (2pm-8pm) and weekends, supporting families working toward reunification.

You will coach parents, document progress, transport children, and coordinate with the DHHS and caseworkers, earning $22 per hour with mileage reimbursement, and enjoying a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Clear communication and strong documentation skills.
• Positive rapport with families to build trust and provide support.
• Experience with kids, crisis intervention and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise visits in the client home and community (evenings 2pm-8pm) and weekends.
• Provide parenting skills assistance and parent coaching during visits.
• Document progress and unbiased reports of each visit.
• Transport children and families to and from visitations and activities.
