Responsibilities

• Understand and promote the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
• Identify, assess and support students’ needs with site leadership.
• Schedule weekly check-ins with students on caseload.
• Document interactions to track progress.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and share updates.
• Coordinate with Adult Program Coordinator on emergencies.
• Develop individual work plans with students to achieve goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
