United Way of Central Alabama is seeking a Family Stability Case Manager to deliver comprehensive case management and housing counseling services. You will conduct outreach, assess needs, and develop individualized plans to improve housing stability and financial well-being for families.

Job Summary
Responsible for all case management services of assigned clients through the Family Stability Services program. Conducts outreach activities designed to promote program visibility, support community understanding of available services and increase both direct participation and referrals.

Bachelors degree in SW, Counseling, or social service related degree
Experience in counseling/case managing high risk populations
Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft and database
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment
Frequent work in the community – including travel to and from sites
Some after-hours and/or weekend work may be required
Occasional out of town travel
Requirements:
Must meet and maintain eligibility requirements to be insured by UWCA’s insurance
Reliable transportation
Proof of automobile insurance commensurate with State law
Background checks to include but not limited to criminal record, drug screen
