Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age; 25 to operate a Bowen vehicle.
• Prefer two years experience in a mental health setting.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Review and update patient intake information.
• Coordinate services with Case Manager.
• Instruct patients in homemaker services.
