Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
• Attention to detail with excellent written documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in unsupervised community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide services in compliance with agency policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement a stabilization plan, updating every 30 days and documenting efforts.
• Build relationships with landlords and housing staff to stabilize families.
• Conduct home visits, in-office, and phone support with monthly check-ins.
• Promote children’s wellbeing by communicating with parents and school staff.
• Work in office and community settings, including home visits.
• Intervene if tenancy is endangered and maintain professional boundaries.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
