Job summary

Our Community Our Kids is seeking a Family Services Coordinator to support development and evaluation of family services and to manage grant-related matters. The role involves coordinating with internal departments and partner organizations to ensure interoperability and outcomes.

The position requires collaboration, adherence to policies, and reporting on performance, with travel within the service region and court-related activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, project management or related field.
• Two years’ experience in child welfare, social services, project management, healthcare administration or managed care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate family services development, evaluation activities, and grant-related matters.
• Engage internal departments and partner organizations to manage interoperability and outcomes.
• Support project oversight, monitoring of performance, reporting, and planning for improvements.
• Ensure operations adhere to policies for grants and service delivery models.
• Meet project goals, deliverables, and data/documentation requirements.
• Coordinate documentation and services for participants court-ordered to receive services.
• Work with subcontractors to ensure programs are implemented with fidelity, including service provisions, timeframes, and reporting.
• Attend court hearings to provide information and ensure background checks and training are completed.
