Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Licenses: Driver's license; insurance license if required by state law.
• Knowledge/Abilities: pass internal presentation certification within 30 days; ability to work evenings/weekends; ability to drive frequently; empathy and respect; computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting with minimum daily time commitments.
• Obtain referrals from families served and referred families.
• Build relationships with families and communities.
• Explain and present pre-planning options; educate families on benefits.
• Maintain activity levels and productivity; respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless service; aftercare and future protection guidance.
• Prepare for appointments and handle all procedures with attention to detail; resolve problems and gain referrals.
