Tresco, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Family Service Coordinator to join our team in Las Cruces, NM. You will lead enrollment, eligibility determinations, and support families in accessing essential resources.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to coordinate IFSPs with cross‑agency providers. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and pays $19.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Nursing, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Counseling, or related field.
• License: Valid driver’s license required.
• Background check and driving record check required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accurate intakes, evaluations, and assessments to determine eligibility.
• Facilitate and actively participate in the development and reviews of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Support families in accessing community resources beyond the child’s condition.
• Coordinate services and monitor delivery, including subcontractors and cross-agency providers.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate child files in compliance with accreditation and Medicaid standards.
• Facilitate transition planning for children exiting the program.
• Gather and manage a community resource register to better serve families.
• Stay current through required training programs and professional development.
