Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Social Work or related field required or considered with equivalent experience.
• 3 years experience with school age children and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Family Services Coordinators to promote high-quality service delivery.
• Lead implementation of the PFCE Framework.
• Partner with families and staff to ensure needs, goals, and services are identified and supported.
• Monitor enrollment, family engagement, health services, and compliance data to meet program standards.
• Analyze trends, address concerns, and implement solutions to improve outcomes for children and families.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate parent leadership opportunities and meaningful family participation in decision-making.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and internal stakeholders.
• Provide training, guidance, and resources to support staff success and program quality.

Education

B.A./B.S. in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Sociology, Psychology or related human service field
