The Family Services Manager is a working leader who maintains a small caseload while providing supervision, coaching, and support to Family Services Coordinators. This position leads implementation of the Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE) Framework and works closely with the program leadership to ensure high-quality services, regulatory compliance and positive outcomes for children and families.
The Family Services Manager uses data to guide decisions, supports staff development, strengthens partnerships with families and community organizations, and promotes a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
