Qualifications

• Hospitable and compassionate presence for families and volunteers.
• Enforce policy during evenings and weekends.
• Maintain House operations while on duty.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Take referrals, register guests, collect room donations, and instruct guests in use of the House.
• Provide House orientations, review guidelines and policies, tour guests.
• Maintain a high profile so families know staff is on duty.
• Handle all phone calls during shift.
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned and food stored per safety guidelines.
• Assist with keeping cleaning closets stocked.
