Job summary

Ronald McDonald House New Mexico is seeking a House Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our facility and provide a safe, welcoming home-like environment for guest families. You will oversee daily operations, manage family services, coordinate volunteers, and maintain facilities, while holding staff and volunteers to high cleanliness and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience enforcing house policies and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Strong communication with staff, volunteers and guest families.
• Ability to supervise multiple teams and handle emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily guest activities and ensure services follow policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of guest spaces; supervise housekeeping.
• Coordinate registrations/check-outs and room assignments.
• Manage inventories and supply needs; collaborate with Facilities Manager.
• Oversee Family Services Associates and contracted staff as liaison.
• Communicate House activities to guests and volunteers in a timely manner.
• Document emergencies and maintain CMMS records; process maintenance requests.
• Staff scheduling to ensure full coverage; participate in on-call rotation.
• Support Chief Programs Officer and ensure privacy/confidentiality.
