Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience serving individuals with complex needs.
• Experience with mental health, child welfare and/or juvenile probation systems.
• Able to provide services in field settings including clients' homes or schools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate family-centered team to meet individualized needs.
• Ensure implementation of tailored services responsive to client concerns.
• Facilitate support efforts of children and their families with team members.

Skills

Bilingual English/Spanish

Experience with SED youth/families

Facilitation skills

Ability to work evenings/weekends

Education

Bachelor degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or related field
