Job summary

A community-focused organization in Monterey Park is seeking a dedicated professional to develop and coordinate family-centered services for children and families. Qualifications

Job description

Responsible for developing and coordinating family-centered team to meet the individualized needs of children and families and for the developing of an integrated plan and leadership to ensure implementation of services that is responsive to concerns and builds on strengths. Provide an advanced level of facilitation to support and enhance the efforts of children and their families/caregivers the systems workers, which are part of the support team, and other individuals in a variety of environments.

Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or related field; Minimum 2 years experience serving individuals with complex needs including SED youth/families and/or youth residential settings. Experience with the mental health, child welfare and/or juvenile probation systems. Experience with WrapAround services highly desirable. Able to provide services to clients in the field, including clients' homes or schools, etc. Able to work evening and weekend hours as needed and able to be on-call 24/7. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Must have reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license, maintain current automobile insurance, and an acceptable driving record.

Salary: $25.00 - $29.00/hour
