Stars Behavioral Health Group in Torrance, CA seeks a bilingual Facilitator to coordinate wraparound services, engage youth and families, and lead CFT planning. The role supports stabilization and recovery with trauma-informed practices and cross-team collaboration.

You will work Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM, with opportunities for paid CEU, supervision for AMFT/ACSW/APCC hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required for Facilitator II; Bachelor’s for Facilitator I.
• Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• CANS Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Completion of statewide CFT Facilitation Training within one year of hire.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate services across programs, including engagement, assessment, CFT formation and implementation, and safety planning.
• Lead the Child and Family Team process with family, county representatives, client and others selected by the family.
• Ensure team adherence to program principles and SBHG’s TEAMMATES philosophy.
