Job summary

Holy Redeemer Child Development Center in Miami is seeking staff to manage attendance, health records and family engagement within Head Start. You will support program administration and ensure timely documentation and communications with families and partners.

The role emphasizes collaboration with staff, timely reporting, and maintaining compliance with program requirements, including health and developmental screenings and family services coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience or training; credential in social work, human services, family services, counseling or related field.
• Must complete 45 DCF training hours within 1 year of hire.
• Option to obtain credential/certification in social work or related field within 18 months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily attendance and notes into Head Start database.
• Manage Center's Food Program documentation and Monthly Report.
• Communicate with families, staff and external sources.
• Maintain forms and files for Family and Community engagement (FCE).
• Assist in Family Partnership Agreement (FPA) development and progress notes.
