University of Miami seeks a Full-Time Early Steps Community Provider Recruitment and Training Coordinator to develop and implement outreach programs, liaise with community providers, and support enrollment and training activities. You will publish materials, coordinate events, and analyze data to improve service delivery within the Early Steps framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the Early Steps Service Delivery System preferred.
• Familiarity with Dade County providers desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and implementation of public education and outreach programs.
• Collaborates with community organizations to plan promotional events.
• Assists publishing activities: writing, editing, budgeting, scheduling, distribution.
• Interacts with outside agencies, printers, and vendors.
• Prepares and distributes health education materials.
• Recruitment and enrollment promotion for ongoing studies.
• Conducts surveys by phone and in the community.
• Compiles data for presentations.
• Builds professional relationships with providers and researchers.
• Works on special projects and events with the team.
