Zusammenfassung

The YMCA of Metro Atlanta, located at YMCA Deans Bridge Road Early Learning Center in Augusta, GA, seeks a Family Services Assistant to implement the Early Learning Family Services program and support children and families through health, education, and social services.

Under the Center Director, you will coordinate services, recruit eligible children, monitor attendance, maintain documentation, and build community partnerships while upholding Head Start and GA standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in case management and/or family engagement/supports/advocacy.
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to travel for family visits.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and support delivery of comprehensive family services in Health, Nutrition, Social Services, Eligibility (ERSEA) and Education.
• Serve as family advocate to support family well-being and promote children’s learning and development for 0‑5 Head Start and Early Head Start.
• Maintain required documentation per Head Start, BRIGHT from the Start, GA Pre‑K, Quality Rated, and YMCA policies.
