The Y in Central Maryland is seeking a Family Services Advocate to support our Head Start program. The role involves creating and implementing a recruitment plan to ensure 100% enrollment, establishing and maintaining a waiting list, and working closely with families, community partners, and staff to meet family goals. The advocate will act as a family supporter, developing trusting relationships and providing access to support services that promote child development and family well-being.

Responsibilities include:

1. Recruiting and enrolling families into the Head Start program.
2. Building relationships with families and community partners.

4. Providing family engagement and skill-building opportunities.
