Job summary

Carriage Services is seeking a Family Service Counselor - Inside Sales Representative at Conejo Mountain Memorial Park. You will educate families about pre-planning funeral and cemetery arrangements and meet with at-need families alongside a licensed funeral director to assist with service and cemetery selections.

You will conduct outreach, build community relationships, and maintain a sales pipeline with empathy and professionalism.

• Proactively generated leads through phone outreach, park ranging, door-to-door canvassing, community events, seminars and lunch-and-learning programs.
• May require insurance license as required by law.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual speaking a plus.

Earning Potential

This position is hourly guarantee, uncapped commissions with unlimited earning potential, supported by an established brand and a steady flow of leads.

• 1st Year Expected Earnings: up to $ 70,000
• Top Performers Earn: $300,000 annually

Actual earnings depend on individual effort, sales performance, and lead volume.

What You’ll Do

• Prior sales experience is helpful but not required – we provide training
• May require the possession (or ability to obtain) an insurance license as required by applicable law
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual speaking a plus
