Job summary

Restland Memorial Park in East Hanover, NJ is seeking a full-time sales professional to establish trusted relationships with client families. You will educate on interment options, cemetery property, and related services while building referrals and fulfilling pre-need arrangements.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience preferred.
• Proven track record of success in outside sales production strongly preferred.
• May require the possession (or ability to obtain) an insurance license as required by applicable state law.
• Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a professional relationship with client families to ensure needs are met at the time of need or pre-need basis.
• Provide tours and guide families to cemetery lot locations.
• Develops referrals by attending services and visitations for client families and aftercare appointments.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies, handling required documents and interment verification.
