Job summary

Greenwood Cemetery in Hamilton Township, NJ seeks a full-time Sales Representative to establish professional relationships with client families, discuss interment options, and promote cemetery property and related services.

You will conduct tours, build referrals, ensure compliance, and work with the Sales Manager to achieve revenue goals while providing compassionate service during times of need. We offer competitive benefits and commission-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience preferred.
• Proven track record of success in outside sales production strongly preferred.
• May require the possession (or ability to obtain) an insurance license as required by applicable state law.
• Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with client families to meet needs at time of need or pre-need basis.
• Provide tours and guide families to cemetery lot locations.
• Develop referrals and coordinate aftercare to ensure client family satisfaction and obtain referrals.
• Ensure compliance with state and industry regulations and pricing structures.
• Report progress to Sales Manager and submit required reports timely.
