Job summary

MOLARI, Inc. seeks a Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator to work with participants in housing assistance programs in Berkshire County.

You will provide coaching, case management, and resource coordination to help families achieve financial independence and housing stability. The ideal candidate will guide participants through goals, coordinate with community resources, and ensure program compliance while maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in case management, social services, community outreach, workforce development, housing services, or a related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized coaching, mentoring, and support to participating households.
• Develop and maintain self-sufficiency plans based on participant goals.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, enrollments, and follow-up meetings.
• Identify barriers and connect participants with employment, education, and other resources.
• Monitor progress and maintain regular communication to keep goals on track.
• Maintain electronic case records and program data.
