MOLARI Employment and HealthCare Services is seeking a detail-oriented Case Manager to join our client’s Downtown Pittsfield, MA office as a Certified Occupancy Specialist Processor. This full-time role focuses on affordable housing compliance and accurate recordkeeping.

You will guide residents through annual and interim income verifications, calculate rent, and prepare required documentation while maintaining organized, audit-ready files.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (preferred) and/or prior housing or administrative experience.
• Occupancy Specialist Certification required within one year (training provided).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through annual and interim income recertifications.
• Calculate rent and housing assistance payments accurately.
• Prepare and process required compliance documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready resident files.
• Explain eligibility requirements with professionalism and empathy.
• Monitor deadlines to ensure HUD and program compliance.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with internal staff.
