Judson Center in Oakaly County, MI, is looking for a dedicated Parent Partner to support families navigating the child welfare system toward reunification. You will work closely with birth and foster families, visit homes, and provide guidance to ensure service plan adherence.

The role requires flexibility for evening/weekend hours, strong communication, and empathy. Training and advocacy are key components of daily duties, with collaboration across the DHS and partner agencies.

Formación

• Experience with the child welfare system and reunification is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Clean driving license may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Support families toward reunification and develop appropriate plans.
• Provide training/education to DHS staff about the program.
• Meet referred parents at least weekly for support and visits.
• Attend court proceedings with parents as needed.
