Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Part-Time Family Resource Specialist in Denver County to support families as they navigate social service and court systems. You will assess needs, connect families with community resources, and help achieve stability in their daily lives.

The qualified candidate will have experience with children, youth, and families, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. JusticeWorks is committed to equality and opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, youth, and/or families in a variety of settings.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
• Pass current, applicable clearances.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs.
• Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches.
• Assist families in accessing and navigating community resources.
• Attend court hearings and provide testimony as required.
• Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
