Job summary

Kindering in Bellevue, WA seeks a Family Support & Care Coordination professional to guide families through referrals, IFSP processes, and access to services for children with developmental disabilities. You will coordinate evaluations and collaborate with community partners to support families and ensure timely services.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in social services or related field; AA accepted with experience.
• Experience in social services or early support preferred.
• Fluency in another language preferred (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals and schedule developmental evaluations to determine Part C eligibility.
• Serve as point of contact to help families obtain services and funds.
• Coordinate evaluations, assessments, and identify service providers for child and family.
• Maintain documentation for each child’s file, billing, and records.
• Communicate with insurers, providers, districts, and agencies; ensure timelines.
