Job summary

MultiCare Health System in Yakima is seeking a Family Resource Coordinator for the ESIT program at Children's Village. You will coordinate services for families of children with developmental delays, meet families at their homes, and ensure access to community resources.

You will maintain required paperwork, timelines, and collaborate with ESIT and partner agencies while supporting families through the process and helping them navigate services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years related experience preferred.
• WA State registration as Family Resources Coordinator within 6 months.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for families of children with developmental delays.
• Maintain paperwork and timelines per ESIT program guidelines.
• Meet families in homes to ensure access to services.
• Maintain information about resources and coordinate referrals.
• Collaborate with ESIT and other programs at Children's Village.
