Job summary

MultiCare’s ESIT program seeks a Family Resource Coordinator for Children’s Village to coordinate services for families of children with developmental delays. You will meet families in their homes, maintain paperwork, and work with ESIT and other programs to ensure access to services.

You will travel to families’ homes, participate in evaluations, and coordinate community resources to meet family needs while maintaining structured plans and timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• AA in nursing, early childhood, human services, social work, education, or relevant field preferred.
• 2 years related experience preferred.
• Washington State registration as a Family Resources Coordinator obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers information to confirm family needs with medical records and team input.
• Provides advocacy and assists with applications, resources, and understanding of information.
• Informs families about resource availability, costs, and coverage for care/services.
• Explains programs to parents and coordinates referrals to local school districts.
• Monitors plans, identifies barriers, and links families to community resources.
