Service Area: Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Le Sueur, Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca, and Watonwan counties
Social service professional responsible for planning and implementing strategies to deliver employment and training services that help individuals obtain and maintain employment across a variety of programs and grants. Responsibilities include career counseling, direct client services, case management, resource networking, information and referral, crisis intervention, public relations, needs assessments, and group facilitation. This position may require supervision of staff or interns and requires compliance with State of Minnesota neglect/abuse reporting procedures.
