Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of employment programs within the assigned service area, including understanding program rules and regulations, maintaining budgets, and reporting performance measures.
• Provide case management services to help individuals pursue and maintain employment goals.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, Workforce Center partners, human services agencies, and other service providers.
• Supervise staff, interns, or volunteers as assigned.
