Qualifications

• College degree in a human services-related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with the public in both group and one-on-one settings.
• Genuine concern for and commitment to meeting the needs of low-income individuals and families.
• Ability to supervise staff, interns, or volunteers as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of employment programs within the assigned service area, including understanding and implementing program rules and regulations, maintaining program budgets, and preparing reports to meet expected performance measures and service levels.
• Provide case management services to help individuals establish, pursue, and maintain their employment goals.
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients, co-workers, Workforce Center partners, human services agencies, and other service providers.
• Supervise staff, interns, or volunteers as assigned.
