Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a dedicated team member to model health and safety standards for residents and families. You will coach and empower families toward reunification and recovery, ensuring safety and program adherence.

The role includes documenting activities, coordinating with staff, and providing compassionate support while promoting the organization’s mission and core values across a wraparound service approach.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two years’ experience in social services preferred.
• Experience with individuals in recovery, child welfare system, homelessness, residential environments, and/or mental health preferred.
• Must pass background check and possess WA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with urgent care issues.
• Maintain family records and daily log; complete documentation.
• Monitor building safety and sobriety; intervene in conflicts.
• Assist with activities for parents and children; provide childcare assistance.
• Follow HIPAA safeguards to protect client PHI and report abuse as required.
• Perform duties to support mission and core values of Catholic Charities.
