Job summary

CommuniCare is seeking an experienced SAFE Family Recovery Program Supervisor to lead a dedicated team serving families involved with DCF. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure high-quality service, and maintain compliance with program requirements.

The candidate must reside in Connecticut with a valid driver's license and hold a Master's in behavioral health with CT licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPC). At least three years of clinical and recovery support experience is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Active Connecticut licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• At least three years of clinical and recovery support experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience in behavioral health or family services.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the SAFE Family Recovery Program and ensure services meet standards and contractual requirements.
• supervise staff, provide coaching, performance management and professional development.
• Oversee intake, assessment, and case management to ensure timely family support.
• Monitor documentation, reporting and quality assurance activities.
• Serve as primary liaison with DCF, courts and community partners to support client outcomes.
