Job summary

Southeast Medical Group is seeking Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join our growing network of primary care practices across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and South Carolina. We seek physicians at locations including Midtown Atlanta, Calhoun, Cumming, Dublin, McDonough, Statesboro, Warner Robins, and Oxford.

Base with uncapped monthly bonus and a $30K retention bonus are offered, along with malpractice coverage and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine (ABMS).
• Current Georgia Medical License.
• Valid DEA license.
• Completion of family practice/internal medicine residency.
• Working understanding of managed care environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of conditions in primary care.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.
• Provide ongoing preventive care and health management guidance.
• Collaborate with care teams and coordinate services across locations.

PCPs are expected to treat a wide range of medical conditions, develop long-term, personal relationships with their patients, produce individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data, and offer continuous support and health management advice.

Required Education, Experience & Skills

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.).
• Board certification by ABMS (ABFM/ABIM) in Family Practice or Internal Medicine required.
• Current, valid, and unrestricted Georgia Medical License required.
• Valid DEA required.
• Completion of a family practice/internal medicine residency.
• Possess a working understanding and support of a managed care environment.
