Midwest town seeks Traditional Family Medicine provider

Benefits include: 8 weeks PTO, $120,000 sign-on bonus

Compensation and Benefits

• Sign-on bonus: $160K
• Base salary: $300K + production
• Additional weekend call paid at: $90.00/hr = $5,580
• Income incentive: Based on collections over base salary. 47% of anything above $425,000; 50% of anything above $500,000
• Student loan repayment: Guaranteed
• CME: Paid
• PTO: Total 57 days (32 days vacation + 200 hours extended illness leave)
• Medical benefits: Paid, with choice of plan
• Retirement: 403(b) with match

Qualifications and Skills

• B/C Family Medicine or Board Eligible with ability to become BC

Responsibilities and Facility Details

• 4-day work week, 8 am - 5 pm
• 14-16 patients per day
• Support staff: 2 MDs, 2 NPs, 2 PAs
• Call: 1 weekend/month (Friday 5 pm - Monday 7 am). Shared weekday call. Coverage needed for ER/IP/Care Center 1-2 days/month
• Facility includes a 12-bed inpatient unit, swing beds, a 36-bed housing unit for ages 62+, and a 2-bed ER
