We are actively interviewing for a Family Medicine opportunity located in southeastern Minnesota, near Rochester.

We are seeking a BE/BC physician to join a team focused on patient care. You will step right into an established practice that offers an excellent work/life balance and all the autonomy you would want.

Position:

1. 100% Outpatient Practice
2. Zero Call
3. Part-Time and Full-Time Options Available
4. 4 Day Work Week
5. $305K Base Guarantee - FTE
6. Total compensation: $350K+ Year One
7. Market-based 2-year guarantee followed by RVU-based production pay plan
