Job description

An outpatient Family Medicine (FM) opportunity north of Vancouver, WA.

This is a permanent, full-time position within a comprehensive community health center, providing care to an underserved patient population. It offers a rewarding chance to make a positive impact on community health. The role features a balanced schedule with no weekends, no after-hours, and no holidays.

Providers enjoy lower patient volumes (12-14 patients per day) and flexible scheduling options such as 8/5, 9/80, or 4/10s.

Candidates must have or be able to obtain an active, clean WA medical license, current DEA registration, and be BE/BC in Family Medicine.

Compensation is competitive and salaried, ranging from $250K to $300K, with full benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance (at no employee cost), 13 paid holidays, 13 paid vacation days, 13 paid sick days, a 5% clinic contribution to 401(k), life insurance, disability, and long-term repayment options.
