Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Role Overview

1. Lead clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, in delivering excellent patient care. Provide guidance to ensure quality services and patient satisfaction.
2. Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts, and maintain credibility with all employees.
3. Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
4. Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA and health information management issues.
5. Order, perform, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
6. Perform therapeutic procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infections, and wound care.
7. Analyze patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostics to develop diagnoses.
8. Adhere to the Company's Core Values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
9. Maintain friendly relations with clients and employees, fostering a positive work environment.
10. Consult with patients via virtual communication channels.
11. Proven experience as a Telehealth Clinician.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence

• Complete preceptor training to onboard and train new hires.
• Engage with Learning and Development for onboarding and training.
• Facilitate welcome, tours, and process overview for new employees.
• Establish and review training plans and schedules.
• Submit weekly evaluations on trainee progress and final evaluations to Learning and Development.
