Location: Remote (Philippines)

Work Hours: Full-Time (8 AM – 5 PM EST)

Rate: $1300/month (Negotiable based on experience)

Experience Level: Intermediate (3–5 years)

We serve professionals, do-it-yourselfers, and everyday drivers by helping them keep their vehicles safe and in top condition. As we expand our digital infrastructure, we’re seeking a proactive and skilled Developer Virtual Assistant to support a wide range of development projects and long-term systems improvements.

Job Overview

This role is ideal for a full-stack developer with a strong understanding of modern web and software development practices and a passion for building AI-optimized solutions. You’ll help maintain existing tools and build out new systems, ranging from a custom ERP/WMS to logistics dashboards and API integrations.

We’re especially looking for candidates who are experienced with AI/ML tools and LLMs, and can apply AI-first thinking to software development and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize our company website

Build internal tools and scalable backend systems

Develop a custom WMS/ERP (or implement using a framework like Odoo)

Replace and improve our shipping platform (ShipStation replacement)

Design and implement dashboards for logistics and ops performance

Develop and manage API-based integrations and automation tools

Handle front-end formatting, scripting, and logic development

Translate abstract ideas into actionable, functional solutions

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and deliver within deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in software and/or web development

Proven front-end and back-end development experience

Strong proficiency in Python for automation and app development

Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, and system connections

Experience with AWS (deployment, compute, storage)

Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills

Must have a working knowledge of LLMs and current AI tools

Demonstrated ability to build with an AI-first development mindset

Website optimization and new features

Custom shipping program with Carrier & Marketplace integrations and Dangerous Goods labeling

API integrations across logistics and operations

Internal performance and audit dashboards
